EMTC具有电工材料全面的分析测试及评估能力,拥有多种先进的分析测试设备,如:元素分析仪(ICP)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)、全套的热分析仪器(DSC、TGA、TMA及DMA)、电化学分析仪等??山械绻げ牧系纳矸菁?、组成成份分析、耐热性能、电化学性能等的分析评估。除常规测试外,我们还为产品的质量评定、重大科研项目提供配套服务。我们在非标准、非常规的测试中积累了很多经验,可根据客户需要提供一系列的量身定制的解决方案。典型的案例有:铜导体发黑分析、废杂铜的快速判定、电缆表面渗油分析、材料的寿命评估、漆包绕组线温度指数评估等。同时EMTC还是绿色环保材料方面的专家,作为“有害物质检测方法工作组”WG2和WG3工作组成员,进行欧盟两项指令(RoHS和WEEE)等方面的研究,可按照EPA、IEC、EN、ASTM、GB等标准进行有毒有害物质的分析检测。具体业务范围:
有毒有害物质的测试;
金属、非金属材料的定性、定量分析;
有机材料的定性、定量分析;
非金属材料中卤素含量的测定;
绝缘油的性能测试;
热性能分析评估(包括:组分分析、尺寸稳定性、阻尼或能量吸收性能、动态-力学行为、降解温度、玻璃化温度Tg 、氧化诱导期、热膨胀系数、熔融热、固化热及固化温度、硬度(模量)测量等);介电性能测试。

EMTC has the comprehensive analysis and assessment abilities for electric materials, owning many sorts of advanced instruments such as: ICP, FTIR, GC-MS, a set of thermal analysis instruments (DSC, TGA, TMA, DMA), and electrochemical analysis fixture. We can do electrical materials identification, component analysis, thermal properties, electrochemical performance analysis and evaluation. In addition to lots of the routine tests, we also provide product quality evaluation, supporting services to major scientific research projects. We have accumulated a lot of experiences during the non-standard, unconventional tests. We can provide a range of tailor-made solutions according to the customer need. At the same time EMTC are professional in the field of environmental materials. As the member of " hazardous material detection method working group" WG2 and WG3 working group, we conduct the research of two European directive ( RoHS and WEEE ) . We can test the hazardous substances according to the standard of EPA, IEC, EN, ASTM, GB etc..
